Hilton Updates Cancellation Policy

Effective from 1st January 2015, Hilton Worldwide will be adopting an updated cancellation policy which will apply to all their brands globally.

Cancellation deadline is now 11:59pm local hotel time, day prior to arrival


• Late cancellation charge of 1 night plus tax will apply

• Prepayment of the booking will requires a full amount of deposit

• Applies to ALL non-contracted rates includes BAR, FCI, SmartSTAY

• Applies to all guests including Hhonors Gold and Diamond members

• Applies to OTA agency bookings

• DOES NOT apply to contracted/negotiated rates for specific clients Bookings made before the policy is implemented will be subject to the applicable conditions
