Based in Hong Kong, David Fraser is responsible for all aspects of the company's strategic operations across Asia (excluding India). This includes the FCM Travel Solutions, Flight Centre and cievents brands. David is responsible for all aspects of the Asia business, with key focus areas including network expansion for FCM Travel Solutions, service evolution and client education in the region's rapidly growing corporate travel sector. With more than 10 years experience in the region, David is well placed to ensure FCM Travel Solutions continues to deliver a complete and integrated service.
Bertrand Saillet General Manager, Corporate, Asia
Bertrand joins FCM Travel Solutions from Amadeus IT Group SA, where his previous role was Head of TMC, Specialty & Networks APAC. Prior to that Bertrand held various management roles in the aeronautical and telecom industry. His extensive knowledge and experience in the business travel sphere in Asia Pacific makes him the perfect fit to lead FCM’s aggressive expansion plans.
Carlo BezoariDirector of Sales, SE Asia
Carlo joins FCM from Rosetta Stone, where he was responsible for the corporate sales division across EMEA. He then moved to Japan to manage the sales and marketing teams, after which he established and led the company’s partner network across the rest of the APAC region.
Joanna PattersonDirector of Account Management, Asia
Joanna Patterson joins from China Eastern Airlines, where she headed up the Global Corporate Sales Department, with a special focus on international markets as well as assisting China Eastern in improving their corporate sales execution and process. Prior to this, Joanna garnered 20 years of international airline experience with other major airlines like Lufthansa and Air France KLM, where she was part of the Global Corporate Sales team and managed national sales teams through mergers and change management.

Vicki has extensive experience in numerous leadership positions in the 12 years she has been with Flight Centre Travel Group. Her knowledge in operations spans across New Zealand, India and SEA. Agnes HengDirector of Corporate Marketing, Asia
Agnes has over 15 years of B2B & B2C marketing and communications experience across several industries, including retail, business sustainability consultancy, education, e-commerce and MICE. She has worked across Asia Pacific, Europe and the US with a wealth of experience in events management, public relations and communication strategies. At FCM, she is responsible for all marketing and communications across Asia (excluding India).
Terence EngHead of IT Solutions, Asia
Terence joins from Travelport in 2012. He played a key role in FCM Southeast Asia business expansion by leading the technology transformation to achieve significant improvements in quality of service, cost reduction and IT operational excellence. Terence is responsible for driving business results through the use of technology in workflow automation and streamlining technology product deployment in Asia.
