ANA partners with world renowned hotels and restaurants on new in-flight menus

Starting December 2014, ANA will be introducing new Business Class in-flight menus created together with chefs of the region’s most widely acclaimed top tier hotel restaurants like the Four Seasons, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and the Patina Restaurant Group. Passengers can look forward to enjoying local cuisine from their country of departure on top of the current traditional Japanese menu.

ANA began collaborating with these hotels and chefs in the previous year, launching the special in-flight meals on their India and Taiwan route. Due to overwhelming positive response, the airline decided to expand the service on more routes to further cater to the taste buds of their customer base.

The collaboration partner from Singapore is the Regent Singapore, a Four Seasons Hotel. Passengers departing from Singapore will be treated to a creative menu from Summer Palace, a Cantonese restaurant. This service will commence in December to November 2015 and excludes late-night departure flights. 

In the near future, passengers can expect to be served delectable and beautifully-presented meals embodying the spirit of washoku on-board. ANA is the only Japanese airline to have been awarded the maximum rating of 5-stars from UK-based consultancy, Skytrax for two consecutive years. With the new efforts in extending the variety of the in-flight menu, ANA is en-route on further improving overall passenger experience.
